Shipping policy

At The Kuber Collective, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once processed, orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post.

Estimated delivery time:

Shipping Policy: Products are processed on the same date of placing the order and that order will get delivered to your end within 5 to 7 working days.

Remote Areas: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier link.

You can track your order anytime using the tracking details provided.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-acceptance, the order will be returned to us.

Reshipping may be possible upon payment of additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Change of Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address before the order is dispatched.

Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
