Refund policy
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory when applying for a refund or exchange. You must upload the unboxing video and product images at the time of initiating your request.
Introduction
At Kuber's Collective, we believe in craftsmanship and quality. Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, there may be minor variations in colour, texture, or finish. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique. If you have questions about your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
Return and Exchange Policy
Kuber's Collective offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below. We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange or a store credit note, which can be used on any purchase on our website.
Note: Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or credit note unless the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Conditions for Exchange and Credit Note
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or credit note within 5 working days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days from the date your request is submitted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months.
To initiate a return request, contact us within 3 working days of delivery at kuberscollective1206@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Items purchased during promotional events are only eligible for exchange or credit if they are defective, damaged, or substantially different from what was shown. In such cases, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
We accept returns when: the product delivered is different from what was ordered, or the product arrives damaged. An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
Important Notes
- Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes used on the original order cannot be reapplied to credit note or exchange orders.
- Credit notes cannot be used on sale or discounted items.
- Orders placed through third-party retailers or offline stores are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Missing or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement Time Frame
Approved exchanges will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
Approved Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
International Orders
Exchanges are not available for international orders. Refunds apply only if the shipment is lost or if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. All claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery with photographic or video proof, including an unboxing video where possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
No returns, exchanges, or credit notes will be issued for: pre-orders, made-to-order, or customised items; products that have been used or washed; minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of the product; incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer; orders after 3 failed delivery attempts; shipping charges unless the error was ours.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Kuber's Collective. Customised, pre-order, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is approved, a store credit note will be issued with no cash refund.
